I know we have heard it over and over and over, about some kid having a fake birth certificate to play with younger athletes. Well, this kid is 21 years old and has fool the Tampa Youth Football league before. You have to read the link below, it's sad that this happens to our youth programs. I won't lie on my own blog, but there's a girl out there that I know is single and won't be for too long, because she is pretty awesome. Because I think stupid people suck...

I've been listening to the Eminem "Recovery" CD for a while now and I continue to find some sick word-play in his rhymes...people seriously need to read a book once in a while...hell read anything other than your facebook and twitter pages...there's no doubt in my mind that stupid people suck and there's a lot of stupid people in this world...moving back to Fresno was an easy decision...mainly because I got a great job, that I couldn't pass up...You guys ready for Fresno State football; let's hear Pat Hill promise us the world and deliver us some sub-par bowl game none of us care about...Ryan Mathews do your thing in San Diego kid...No one cares that David Carr is with the 49ers...Eva Mendes sex tape?...If I like a girl, I tell her as opposed to playing games...I've been told sometimes I'm too honest, that sh*t makes no sense to me...I understand I'm brutally honest and have no filter, but here's the deal I'm at least honest...My days as a Blackberry user are behind me...Sometimes I miss that phone, I still wish the iPhone would hit Verizon just so I can have that option...For now I'm a HTC Droid Incredible user...A girl that works, goes to school and has her sh*t together already is at a 6; then just depends on her looks, outlook on life and personality if she makes it to that 10...Drink more water...I love LI Iced Teas...When the Patron comes out, beware it's going to be a good night...The Dodgers are definitely under-achieving...The Giants are over-achieving...Fantasy baseball is getting down to crunch time...Softball season is almost over...Hitting the gym hard lately, but I still need to eat healthier...There's no links in this rant...Stay in school, practice safe sex, don't drink and drive, drugs are dumb and get educated...I'm out like the fat kid in a game of dodgeball...

I'm making my return to the blogging world. Always something that helps kill the time and give some insight or just stuff to laugh at...

Been M.I.A.

I understand that I have been M.I.A. from the world of blogging. But, it's not completely my fault, just party of it. Although since I miss most of the month of September, all of November and the first half of December I have had plenty of time to analyze my life as a blogger. At times it feels like I fall into the pressure by my peers and at times write about topics they want me to discuss. To this day, I think that is an OK strategy. So perhaps, I will continue to listen to my peers suggestions to kickstart my rants and raves to the blog world.

Lately there has been a few tragedies happening in the public eye, and no I'm not talking about Tiger coming out with his new nickname of "Chetah" or being named Man of the Decade by Trojan...

It saddens me that the NFL lost Chris Henry at the young age of 26. Yes, Chris Henry had a rough life and at times it seemed like he was letting himself spiral out of control. Mr. Henry, was out of football last year basically. The Bengals, brought him and back and resurrected his career, not stats wise but nonetheless as a career. From the talks throughout the league, Chris Henry had grown up a lot. He was no longer the pot smoking, gun toting, law breaking youngster he was when he first arrived in the NFL and even during his time at West Virginia. Chris Henry had become a man. He had credited his fiancee for helping him stay clear of trouble and being a better person. His teammates all praised him. I'm 27 years old, so Chris Henry is my peer. It's unfortunate to learn of someone losing their life when it's just beginning to make sense to them. Why is when you learn from all your mistakes that you must be taken away? These are things we will never know the answers to.

Also staying in the celebrity circle, the actress Brittany Murphy lost her life at age 32 on December 20, 2009. Murphy was known for her role in "Clueless," but to me and many other males she was the girl that made Eminem spit crazy flows at the end of "8 Mile." I'm no film critic, but I like Murphy in "8 Mile." As far as her other movies go, I have no idea. What I do know is that 32 is way too young to die due to cardiac arrest.

My prayers and condolences go out to both the Henry and Murphy family. Also to all their friends and loved ones. If there is anything we can learn from these two tragedies it's that life is short and we must enjoy every second we are alive.

Got Hops??

This kid did a bounce-over-someone-standing-in-between-the-legs dunk. Yeah, it sounds impossible and complicated but he achieved it. Check the video out to believe it for yourself. It's sort of like the juror in shorts, hard to believe, but there's video that proves this. I remember when I was dunking like that in my backyard...



Also check out the video below and see Guy Dupuy who is in the video above as he has dunk #4, #2 and the #1 dunk. It's clear to say Guy has crazy hops, sort of like myself in my younger days.

Juror rocks shorts to Jury Duty

I like to bring you people things that will entertain you and help pass the time. Usually, my discussions will revolve around sports, women and funny videos. Occasionally, I like to drop some knowledge to some of you that..well have no knowledge. Let me tell you about a friend of mine that is currently doing his civil service, as a juror, at Sacramento County Court. The details of the case he's serving are irrelevant. What I do know, is this guy asked the bailiff if there was anyway he could wear shorts; due to his "ball sweat" problem. He explained to the bailiff how it was hard for him to focus with "ball sweat", and this guy was very well aware of the no shorts policy as I have copied onto this blog. Dress Code and Code of Conduct

Be alert and courteous. You may bring a book to read while you are waiting for court to begin, or during recesses, but you will not be permitted to read while court is in session. If you have a pager or a cellular phone, you must turn it off or switch it to vibration mode while court is in session. Please dress appropriately for the courtroom. Business or casual attire is suggested. Shorts and tank tops are not acceptable. Any juror not appropriately dressed will be excused to return the next court day in appropriate attire. The temperature of the jury assembly area and courtrooms can be unpredictable. Jurors are encouraged to dress accordingly.

So now we all understand that shorts are not allowed. But, Mr. Juror, asked the bailiff and explained his "ball sweat" problem. The bailiff then asked the judge. It was the bailiff that pulled the juror to the said and explained to him, that he had been granted an exemption to rock shorts to jury duty. I guess rules are meant to be broken a little. So what's the point of this blog you ask? Well think about it, if a state rule can be amended just by asking, it should serve as a lesson for you all. Always ask, because you never know what can happen. Today three guys wore shorts, because of said juror's guts to ask the bailiff. The juror is now the man amongst the other men serving on the same jury. He will soon become the foreman of the deliberations. Soon, everyone serving jury duty will not be scared to ask if they can wear shorts. Remember friends, there are no stupid questions, just stupid people...

I leave you today with some knowledge. And knowledge is the ammunition some of you idiots need to get by in this cruel cruel world.

Extra credit: I'm suppose to be getting a photo from said juror to prove he wore shorts to the courthouse to serve jury duty. Once the photo has been received it will be posted...

Why wouldn't you be a Duck??

We have all heard about the million and three Nike uniform combinations the University of Oregon can make with their football uniforms. Yes, Nike, gives them plenty of free clothing and donates tons of money. Watch that video and check out the tour of what apparently is a training center/locker room. If I was a football player at Oregon, that would be my home. It's not only state of the art, but it has some erotic feel to it. I think they left out the part of the naked blondes that give massages after the games. Why aren't more blue-chip athletes going to Oregon? Can you imagine if USC or Florida had this kind of training center and that many Nike uniforms?
