The Best Monday Ever!

Let's face it, we all hate Mondays. In particular, because after a couple of days of massive alcohol consumption, work just doesn't sound like a good idea. But, also because Saturday and Sunday are usually a big day in the world of sports. So us, males, love the weekends. Monday is the farthest day from the weekend, so it's depressing all around. It makes us five days away from our next softball tournament, beer pong tournament, club hopping, strip club visit, sleeping in 'till noon and of course doing absolutely nothing productive with our lives. But ladies and gentleman, boys and a girl, this Monday is different. Why the f*ck do I say that right? It's still five days away from the weekend. But, baseball season gets underway (Go Dodgers), Yankee's new building aka stadium opens up and the NCAA Men's Basketball championships pairs up Michigan State against the Jordan sponsored Baby Blue team (Go Tar Heels). So it's basically a great Monday, except for that whole work thing, but don't be scared to use a sick day, personal day or a vacation day. I will be firing up the tri-tip, beers on ice, jagger in the freezer, patron is chilling and I will enjoy this day. This Monday will go down in history as one of the better Mondays ever. This just in, K-Rod gets first save in Met's debut, oh the people in NY are glad not to see a blown save!
